Kuchipudi dance is a traditional Indian dance style that originated in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. Its name comes from the Andhra Pradesh hamlet of Kuchipudi, where it was first performed. Delicate facial expressions, graceful movements, and intricate footwork are what set this dancing form apart. It blends elements of pure dance, expressive dance, and dance-based storytelling.
