Please note: 

1. The Lecture Hall is given only for cultural and educational purposes such as short courses on Art appreciation, Lectures on Art and Humanities, Short courses in different languages as well as on related subjects of Art and Aesthetics. We invite you to please send your proposal to :contactus@trivenikalasangam.com
2. Lecture Hall can be booked for a slot of four hours either in the morning, afternoon or in the evening.
3. We accept payment only by Cheque or Online Bank Transfer. Cheque should be made in the name of “Triveni Kala Sangam” Payees A/c only on Delhi Bank. For outside parties only Bank Draft on Delhi Bank will be acceptable.
4. Booking of the Lecture Hall will be confirmed only on receipt of full payment in advance. Once the Hall booking is confirmed, no refund of money for cancellation or postponement of dates will be permitted.
5. Triveni reserves the right to refuse the booking of the Lecture Hall to any party without assigning any reason.
6. Tea or Refreshments are not permitted inside the Lecture Hall. An arrangement for serving tea and snacks can be made outside the Hall in the corridor.
7. The timing for booking the Lecture Hall will be 10.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
8. Smoking or alcohol is strictly prohibited anywhere within the premises of Triveni Kala Sangam.
